Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson believes in giving back to the community and participate where they are able.
To be considered for a donation to support your foundation or event, please complete the form found below by clicking on the "Donation Request Form" button and provide any supporting information or documentation for your request. Requests must be turned in a minimum of two weeks prior to the deadline you are providing or your request may be denied. Unfortunately due to the large number of requests we do not donate to personal charity events.
BLACK OUT DATES: Any donation request forms turned in between August 20th and September 25th will be denied. Please plan accordingly for your event if you wish to request a donation during that time frame.
- The form must be completely filled out.
- The event must be within our local territory (We will notify you if it is not).
- The event should be motorcycle related/oriented.
